Polymorphs : 75 ( 55-75% )
. Lymphocytes: 23 (25-40%)
. Monocytes. : 00 (3-5%)
Eosinophils. :02 (1-6%)
. Basophils : 00 (0-1%)
---GULUCOSE PP (after meal) 148.3mg (110-160)x
--GLUCOSE (fasting)- 103.4 mg/dl (70-110)mg/dl (method name:GOD POD -sample : plasma )
above mentioned report suggest -- ?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Your DLC report shows Polymorphs : 75% , Lymphocytes: 23%, Monocytes. : 00 , Eosinophils. :02% & Basophils : 00 %. These all are in normal range & insignificant if your total Leukocyte count (TLC) is normal.
GULUCOSE PP 148.3mg & GLUCOSE fasting values are also in normal range.
So don't worry you should be fine
